This is the BBI Lieutenant Raziel action figure, made by Blue Box interactive.
Standing 8" (20cm) tall, BBI Lieutenant Raziel comes with a unique sword, two brilliant wings and a nipple - seriously, he’s the only LoK action figure with a nipple (you only get one mind you).
The cape is actual fabric with Raziel’s symbol shown upright. The wings detach (so he can ‘evolve’ if you like) and are made of a sturdy plastic with snug holes - the only potential issue is the slight clash between the cape and the wings but since the cape is fabric it can simply be folded.
The sword was actually designed by BBI (not the LoK team) and was intended to be reminiscent of Raziel’s clan symbol. The figure and its weapon (minus the wings) were later used as heavy inspiration for a statue of Raziel featured in the (Razielim clan territory) Fane map in Nosgoth. With the sword making its first appearance in an LoK title.
Prototypes of this figure were advertised with different accessories including a shield and a warhammer/sickle.
